Neil Howell

Neil formed Two Trails Partners to unlock the next stage of growth for a great business with an exceptional team. After the acquisition, he will transition into a full-time operating role - fully dedicated to continuity and prosperity for your team, customers, and community. He served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps before transitioning to the private sector where he has gained experience in consulting, customer success, and leading a small manufacturing business. He lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife Victoria, and their toddler Alexandra. He loves spending time with his family and getting outside, finding new trails to explore and books to read. He holds an MBA & MPP from Harvard, and a BA from Boston College where he attended with an NROTC Scholarship. Neil is excited for the opportunity to meet you and learn more about the team you lead and the business you built.
