Joseph Hall is a Pittsburgh native, who grew up in a blue-collar family and became a first generation college graduate when he obtained his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 2012. Upon graduation, Joseph worked in numerous industries (glass, steel, and oil & gas) where he took progressively more responsible roles starting as a process engineer and ending as a lead drilling engineer for Consol Energy’s Pittsburgh Airport Project.
In 2016, Joseph decided to leave the engineering world to round out the rest of his skills, so he pursued a Master’s of Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business. At Carnegie Mellon, Joseph was elected by his peers as the President of the Graduate Business Association where he oversaw the activities of his classmates, worked directly with the faculty, and created new initiatives for future classes. After graduating in 2018, Joseph decided to take a leadership role (Director of Analytics and Financial Performance) at a growing regional trucking company, where he was part of an organization similar in size to a business that he one day hopes to acquire.
Through his various increasing leadership roles in companies of all sizes in vastly different industries, Joseph is well poised to operate any small to medium sized business.
